Cancellation Policy

Essex Polefitness Booking & Membership Policy By booking a class or purchasing a membership with Essex Polefitness, you agree to the following terms. Membership & Payment Plans You can start your membership on a date that suits you. Membership payments are taken monthly and continue until you cancel. You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future payments, provided it is made before your next scheduled payment. No refunds are available once a membership has been purchased, including for unused classes or payments already taken. Booking Membership Classes Membership classes can be booked up to 2 hours before the class starts, subject to availability. Once a class is booked, it cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your class to another available session. Rescheduled classes must also be booked at least 2 hours before the new class start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Individual Class Bookings Individual classes can be booked up to 2 hours before the class starts, subject to availability. Individual classes cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Once purchased, individual classes are non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend. Late Arrival & Non-Attendance Please arrive on time for your booked class. If you arrive late or fail to attend, the class will be treated as used and no refund or replacement class will be provided. Class Changes by Essex Polefitness In exceptional circumstances, Essex Polefitness may need to cancel or reschedule a class. Where this happens, we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an appropriate alternative where available. Agreement By making a booking or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy. Essex Polefitness reserves the right to update this policy from time to time.
